The Framework: Innovation Through Authenticity
Ginger’s coaching and teaching are rooted in her lived experience as a transgender woman. Her creative output reached new heights following her transition—she currently holds over 80 technology patents.
As a patent development coach and facilitator of sensitive workplace discussions, she focuses on three core pillars:
Emotional Discernment as a Compass: By observing emotions rather than simply reacting to them, we can leverage their guidance. Ginger teaches that fear, while often paralyzing, is a potent ally; exploring the areas we are most afraid to face is often where the most valuable "undiscovered gems" are found.
Accessible Creativity: Innovation does not require formal education. It stems from the uninhibited, "outside-the-box" thinking naturally possessed by children. Ginger helps adults move past the social risk-aversion that typically stifles this genius.
The Power of Belonging: While society often admires novelty in theory, workplaces frequently stifle departures from the norm. Ginger demonstrates that true participation and innovation can only flourish within institutional systems that prioritize emotional safety and a genuine sense of belonging.
